Your profile:

The successful candidate will have 1 + years experience in engineering and a strong machining background preferably in CNC programming and set-up, sound application knowledge of standard and special tooling, in-process gaging, and tool compensation, and a proven track record achieving sales goals. Candidates must possess above average written and oral skills, be highly self-motivated, and capable of good value judgments. Skilled in all aspects of Microsoft is a must.

工作职责：负责该地区刀具产品的销售及客户管理工作，其中包括： 1.现有客户资源的维护及业务量扩展； 2.新客户的开发； 3.协助客户对产品选型； 4.日常的产品使用售后服务； 5合同签定，执行及收款； 6.其它相关工作。

Key performance areas: T he selected candidate will be responsible for increasing market share in manufacturing accounts calling on direct customers and working through distribution. The primary responsibility in this regional application based sales position is focused growth opportunity sales on qualified target end users. An integral part of this position will include providing the end user customer the expert relationship needed in order to facilitate the closing of the sale. The incumbent will be responsible for driving new product introduction through the sales force via education, joint call activity, and joint testing activity.
